The Station Flat is a unique, family friendly property situated above the ticket office at Lappa Valley, near Newquay in Cornwall. Tucked away in the beautiful a conservation area, this first floor St Newlyn East self-catering holiday apartment is ideal for those looking for something different.
This two-bedroom property sleeps four people and is situated perfectly to be able to enjoy the very best of what Cornwall has to offer. It is right in the middle of the action where you can enjoy watching the narrow-gauge trains coming and going from this busy little station all from the comfort of the soft deep cushioned sofa, or whilst sat at the dining table eating a
delicious meal whipped up in the well-appointed kitchen.
The evenings turn Lappa Valley into a quiet paradise and the station playground and seating area becomes your own for you to sit and enjoy those lovely sunny evenings, maybe even take dinner outdoors on one of the picnic tables.
Take a shower in the modern bathroom before falling asleep in one of the comfortable beds.

The perfect starting point for a number of walks through picturesque countryside, this lovely town is centrally located for a variety of excellent attractions including many stately homes and gardens, model railways, theme parks, fishing villages and harbours - not to mention some of the UK's best surfing beaches. For a livelier nightlife, visitors will enjoy the various clubs and pubs in nearby Newquay, though also of interest in the town are the impressive Zoo and Sea Life Centre. Also within easy driving distance is the cathedral city of Truro and the magnificent Eden Project.
