Guests are delighted with the immaculate and well-equipped 15 Horizon View, praising its cleanliness, privacy, and the peaceful environment. The lodge's private garden and hot tub are highlights, contributing to a relaxing holiday experience. While some minor issues are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many looking forward to returning.
The lodge receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning its immaculate condition. One guest noted they left it cleaner than on arrival, but this seems an isolated case against the overall positive feedback.
The location is appreciated for its seclusion and privacy, with a peaceful setting ideal for a relaxing holiday. However, some guests noted the lack of views and the grown shrubs and trees, which may affect the openness and light inside the lodge.
Comfort is generally well-regarded, with guests finding the lodge spacious and the beds comfortable. However, there are comments about soft pillows and mattresses, and one mention of a broken toilet flush, slightly lowering the score.
Facilities are highly rated, with the lodge being well-equipped and the hot tub being a popular feature. Maintenance is prompt when issues arise. Deductions are made for minor maintenance issues like broken outside lights and the hot tub's jets not being strong.

Sitting at the head of the spectacular water feature that meanders through Faraway Fields in Dobwalls, Cornwall, is this delightful, detached home, 15 Horizon View, occupying a simply stunning location for a family of four. Three sets of French doors lead from the open-plan living space providing level access to the garden with extensive decking lying on two sides of the property, a luscious wrap-around lawn, and a hot tub, privately screened yet positioned for sunshine. The living space is light and airy and stylishly designed, featuring plush seating, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for rustling up and enjoying mealtimes. From both the home and decked area there are wonderful far-reaching views towards the surrounding countryside, recommended to enjoy before venturing to one of two bedrooms, including a double with TV and en-suite, and a twin. During your stay you may fancy venturing up the North Coast to Padstow, Rock Polzeath or Port Isaac, however if you would rather stay closer to home, nearby Bodmin Moor offers endless walking opportunities as does the South West Coast Path, or nearby Liskeard offers extensive shopping and other facilities depending on your interests. Guests can enjoy the bar and restaurant at our sister site, Stonerush Lakes, which can be found a short drive away. Gather your loved ones at 15 Horizon View.
This village is surrounded by open fields and countryside, and is close to the market town of Liskeard. Explore the many delights the region has to offer, with the fishing harbours of Looe and Polperro within 8 miles.
