About this property
This detached bungalow is situated on Rosecraddoc Holiday Bungalows, adjacent to Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, just two miles from the ancient market town of Liskeard. Ideally located for touring the beautiful southern coastline of both Cornwall and Devon, the property is ideal for a family holiday. On entering the cottage, you appreciate the extra space that the open plan living area provides you with. The space contains a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area so you can all gather together and socialise after a day out exploring, discussing the adventures yet to be had. There are two bedrooms, including a twin with a TV and a DVD player, as well as a family bathroom complete with a Megaflo power shower. Liskeard is close by, where you can take the Looe Valley Line the short distance to the ever popular fishing port of Looe and its lovely sandy beaches. There are touring opportunities in all directions, and the world-famous naval port of Plymouth is within easy reach, making Merryfield Haven a wonderful base for a family holiday at any time of year! The town of Liskeard is located in Cornwall and has a weekly market, along with a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. Looe is 8 miles away and the city of Plymouth is 40 minutes by car.
