Nestled amongst the pretty cottages that line the lane climbing up from the Looe harbour in South Cornwall is this spacious and comfortable apartment with all home comforts provided. Old Chapel Cottage has been tastefully furnished and benefits from its own parking space as well as a lovely decked terrace, which overlooks the rooftops down to the harbour below, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine. West Looe is more peaceful than its bustling twin over the water, but this provides the visitor with the best of both worlds, with access to all the seaside attractions of the popular East Looe as well as somewhere relaxing to retire to at the end of a busy day. It is only a short walk to both of the beaches and there is a range of inns, restaurants and shops to choose from. For those that like to get out and enjoy the scenery, there are plenty of fabulous walks along the South West Coastal path.

Steps up from parking area to rear patio and entrance. Kitchen with electric ceramic cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. Lounge/diner with two sofas, gas coal effect fire, 32 inch flat screen Freeview TV, DVD and dining table to seat 6. Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double Edwardian cast iron bedstead and fitted wardrobe. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and hand basin in vanity unit. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

Steps up from the rear courtyard to sunny raised decking area with garden furniture and views down to the harbour, ideal for al fresco dining. Lower courtyard by kitchen furnished with table and chairs and two sun loungers.

Parking: For 1 medium size car along a driveway directly outside the cottage.
