Blacksmith's Cottage at Tremaine Manor is tucked away at the end of a small terrace of traditional cottages close to the games room and tennis courts. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast.

The Blacksmith shoed the horses that used to work on the estate and now this cosy cottage is adorned with the trimmings from the harnesses and the blacksmiths tools. On the ground floor is the lovely large sitting room with exposed beams and a stone fireplace with a log burning stove, leather sofa and two plush peacock blue velvet armchairs. The large kitchen is really well equipped for a family of five, making cooking and preparing food a joy and there is even a lovely view of the village green from the kitchen sink! It has an electric hob, oven and grill, a dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. The dining area is spacious with a tiled floor and beamed ceiling, a large Cornish dresser and farmhouse pine table with dining chairs and matching carver chairs making it a delightful room to enjoy a family dinner or full English breakfast.

Upstairs bedroom one has a fabulous carved antique mahogany four poster double bed, whilst the second spacious bedroom has three single beds making the sleeping arrangements quite flexible for families and friends. The family bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a white suite of bath with shower above, WC and wash basin.

A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton and assorted indoor games on-site.

Within the grounds, there is a convenient shared laundry room for all to make use of with two washing machines and tumble dryers, ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. Blacksmith's Cottage welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available. A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton and assorted indoor games on-site.
