Gardener's Cottage at Tremaine Manor is a pretty single storey holiday cottage perfect for a couple, overlooking the little village green.The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated within a secluded and private Hamlet dating back over 400 years.

Gardeners Cottage is a single story stone barn conversion located between the tennis court and the village green and is a lovely holiday property for a couple. Inside features natural stone walls and original oak beams and a log burning stove finished with leather sofas and sumptuous furnishings to provide a cosy welcome. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area includes a four ring hob and electric double oven, Nespresso Coffee machine and a dining area for two people. Snuggle up in the beamed sitting room with Smart television, board games and jigsaws with a lovely wood burning stove for cooler evenings. A comfy king-sized bed (convertible on request into two twin beds) and a tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath, well equipped kitchen-dining room giving you everything you require for a comfortable stay throughout the year.

Outside you will find a stone patio to the front with garden furniture, barbecue and a fire pit.

Within the grounds a convenient shared laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. The front garden of the cottage enjoys mature planting and garden furniture including wooden sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and firepit. Gardeners Cottage welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available. A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton and assorted indoor games on-site. A private, fenced off children’s play area with swings, slide, monkey bars, and a sandpit is available for accompanied children up to 13 years of age.

Showcasing the luxury estate you will find The Manor House (Sleeps 14), which can also be separated; The Manor House - West Wing (Sleeps 8), The Manor House - East Wing (Sleeps 6). Finally, you will also find the gorgeous shepherd hut, Gillyflower (Sleeps 2).
