This ground floor apartment has a large living/ dining area with a 32" TV together with a dining table and four chairs. There is also a sofa bed, accommodating up to two additional guests. The bedroom has a stunning four poster kingsize bed, and there is bathroom with shower over plus toilet and wash hand basin. The small kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, and bed linen and towels are provided.
The shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants of Polperro are all within a short walk, and the town of Looe is 10 minutes by car. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
Laity can be booked together with Talland House (UK30896) next door to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Perfect location, lovely to be by the river. Clean and comfortable. My granddaughter loved all the little things hidden here and there ( fairy doors etc. )

Laity was very quaint with all the things hidden around the place which was fun for our child to keep finding, however the place looked as though it was cleaned in a hurry. There was crushed paracetamol on the night stand, the leather had mold on it, we fully understand that being close to water it is damp but the bedding had black stains or mold, we would advise not to look at the plug in the bath. The mattress protector on the pull out sofa bed was filthy, no wonder there is a sign saying do not remove the protectors. With a bit of love and care, this would be the most wonderful place to stay. You can hear upstairs especially if the tv is on, and the hill to the parking space is very steep but good to get your lungs going, just dont walk it after a breakfast from next door.

Great location, Had everything needed for a week away. Did not mention in the description of the Laity that it provided an iron/iron boarding and hair dryer, which was were great extra's.Recommend updating on info in the cottage and out of of date. Needs a little bit of TLC on the deco TLC, but other then that is a lovely cottage with the added bonus of river view from the bedroom. Very Comfy bed also.
