Laity is only a short distance from the harbour in Polperro. If you are looking for something with character, Laity is definitely the place. From the original beamed ceilings to the four poster bed, character abounds!
This ground floor apartment has a large living/ dining area with a 32" TV together with a dining table and four chairs. There is also a sofa bed, accommodating up to two additional guests. The bedroom has a stunning four poster kingsize bed, and there is bathroom with shower over plus toilet and wash hand basin. The small kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, and bed linen and towels are provided.
The shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants of Polperro are all within a short walk, and the town of Looe is 10 minutes by car. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
Laity can be booked together with Talland House (UK30896) next door to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Lovely location but the accommodation was very run down. Felt unclean and shabby. Very musty smelling. No drinking glasses. No little extra touches. Would of been nice to at least had a pint of milk after our 8 hour journey. Tv way too small for room size. Furniture uncomfortable. Bathroom shabby and looked unclean. Towels bleach stained. Wouldn't stay again !! And the patking was up a very very steep hill. Probably not for anyone with any health isdses

Absolutely loved this cottage! Information was a bit confusing and the late check in (5pm) and early check out (10am) wasnt ideal. The pictures of the cottage are great but dont do it the justice it deserves location is perfect with a cosy coffee shop right next door that actually let me in early to get a coffee to drink in bed would most definitely return to this cottage!
