There is parking for two-three cars and a small courtyard to the rear. This good looking property is a great place to relax in or be a great base for exploring the wonders of Cornwall.

Double 4ft 6in bed, with large wardrobe, bed side tables with drawers and lamps.

Large double walk in shower cubicle with glass bi-fold shower door. Wash hand basin with storage under and WC. Radiator.
Outside:
Front of the property a large driveway and side patio with block paving and provides ample parking.
Pathways to either side of the property leads around to the rear enclosed gated courtyard.
An outside water tap, storage shed and drying area.

Included: Bed linen but no towels or beach towels, so please bring your own. WiFi, electricity and central heating (oil).
Pets: Two small to medium size, well-behaved pet welcome. An additional charge of £30 per pet, per week.
