Trenant Farm Cottages is home to a collection of five delightful properties, each situated within beautifully maintained grounds. These cottages have been carefully converted from the original farm buildings, preserving their traditional charm while offering all the comforts of modern living. The interiors feature inviting touches such as open log fires, and private garden spaces for each cottage. Whether you’re seeking peace and solitude or a place to unwind with family and friends, Trenant Farm Cottages provides the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience.

Just a short two-mile drive from the cottages, the vibrant seaside town of Looe awaits. With its golden sandy beaches, lively atmosphere, and a wide array of pubs and restaurants, Looe is a wonderful place to explore and enjoy the coastal life. For those looking for a more picturesque, quaint experience, the nearby fishing village of Polperro is well worth a visit. The popular South West Coastal Path, which links Looe and Polperro, offers stunning walks through landscapes, making it a favourite destination for walkers and pet owners alike. Accommodation 

Ground Floor;

Open plan kitchen/living room: Well equipped country kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge and under counter freezer, electric cooker and farmhouse table to seat four.

Sitting room: Includes an open log fire, Smart TV, and super fast Broadband.

Stairs leading to;

Double bedroom: 5ft king-size bed.

Twin bedroom: 2 x 3ft single beds.

Bathroom: Power shower over the bath, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC.

Outside

Individual private cottage gardens with lawns, awash with colour from the borders and creepers that adorn the walls.Quality garden tables and chairs with a sun umbrella during Summer, most have an arbour.

Parking

Allocated car parking available on-site within the grounds.

Additional 

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), One complimentary basket of logs is provided on arrival for stays during the winter months. October to April.  You will have access to the log store during your stay at and additional cost of £7.50 per basket.  Owner also provides cream tea and fresh flowers as your welcome.

Heating: Night storage heaters and an open fire in lounge - a bag of coal/logs can be purchased on site.

Pets: Up to two pets welcome, by arrangement.
