The East Wing at Tremaine Manor forms one half of the magnificent manor house complete with a hot tub and extensive gardens for a family and friends to enjoy special times. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast.

Guests looking for something a little different will love this house as it offers great fun and entertainment for all age groups. The kitchen is very well equipped with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer making preparing family meals a delight. At the rear is a lovely conservatory come dining room over looking the patio and garden. This is a superb space for family breakfasts on sunny mornings or drinks in the warm summer evenings. The sitting room is a great family room which you can enjoy together, comfortably furnished with plush sofas, armchairs, plantation blinds and a large wood burning stove set in a granite fireplace. The amazing dining room, features a a library wall and a clever dining table which flips over and magically becomes a snooker / billiards table.

Upstairs the three bedrooms are all tastefully furnished, bedroom one having a superb carved oak four poster double bed, wall mounted Smart television and luxury en-suite bathroom. There is also an elegant double bedroom and a family shower room with a large shower cubicle, WC and basin. The third bedroom is accessed via a little private staircase with Art Deco furniture, king-size bed, sloping ceilings and window overlooking the miniature pony paddock.

Outside on the patio terrace is a wood fired hot tub, wooden deckchairs and loungers, a chess set, garden boules, barbecue and fire pit.

Within the grounds of the estate you will find there is a convenient shared laundry room for all to make use of with two washing machines and tumble dryers, ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. The East Wing welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available. A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton and assorted indoor games on-site.
