The West Wing at Tremaine Manor forms one half of the magnificent manor house, beautifully furnished throughout and a lovely home for a family of eight to enjoy special times together. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast.

Beautifully furnished in a classical traditional manner with Antiques, Objets d’Arts and many other fabulous features which create a wonderful ambience, luxurious lifestyle and wow factor. The grand drawing room is a lovely room oozing comfort and warmth with its sumptuous furnishings and open fire with a spacious conservatory at the rear which opens out on to the patio terrace and lawn garden. The large boldly coloured kitchen is a well equipped space for family feasts with a central island and large range perfect for cooking meals. There is a farmhouse table with chairs for eight guests at the end of the kitchen and a separate large utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and handy WC. A door leads you out on to the rear patio garden and hot tub.

Upstairs the grand staircase leads you to bedroom one with a canopied king-size four poster bed, two arm chairs, occasional table, large wardrobes and chest of drawers with convenient en suite shower room attached. Further along the hall is another king-size bedroom, a small bunk bedroom ideal for your children and a family bathroom. At the end of the hall is the fourth bedroom with further king-size bed.

Outside, at the rear is a patio with wood fired hot tub relaxing wooden loungers a barbecue and fire pit. A large lawn garden with swinging hammock and mature trees and shrubs.

Within the grounds of the estate you will find a convenient shared laundry room for all to make use of with two washing machines and tumble dryers, ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. The West Wing welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available. A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton and assorted indoor games on-site.
