Masts and sails point skywards, barnacles fizz on the harbour wall, and the tide lulls gently against the shore below. Kingsand Beach sits alongside, while the high cliffs and stretching sands of Whitsand Bay are 5.5 miles along the South West Coast Path, which runs directly behind the apartment. Rame Head is 2 miles away for dramatic cliff-top walks. The Cawsand Ferry crosses from the beach to Plymouth – running from Easter until the last Sunday in October – giving access to the city's restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops.
