Good location and views and size of property is big it had everything we needed.Parking is tight and the road has bad potholes. Needs a declutter & full spring clean from top to bottom cobwebs and some areas are dirty. Outside the old wooden decking is falling apart has broken spindles it’s not safe for children to play out. Rotary washing line wasn’t fit for purpose. Garden needs tlc there was shoes left by previous guest and rubbish around. Has potential to be a fabulous holiday home good luck to whoever buys it as it’s for sale.

I absolutely loved our stay at Lyndhurst, it’s a beautiful house in a great location. The house had so many home comforts and accessories in the kitchen however as some of the other reviews stated the house is in need of some tlc inside and out but it didn’t stop us having an amazing time. I would stay here again.

Pictures do not represent how it is today, Lyndhurst was shabby. We had to clean after cleaner left. Dangerous on decking as we enter.Bridged the health and safety. Painted over rotting wood. Patio needed weeding. Bench not oiled. Not child friendly in the garden. Washing line old and too small for the support.Only thing going for it is it’s spacious and a lovely view. Bad road leading up to it. Definitely not good value for the money we paid. What’s the bet you don’t print this ?
