The ideal summer destination, with miles of sand dunes and glorious coastal walks. It attracts visitors who love to experience the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean, and quiet beaches.
Perranporth is a bustling area, with many pubs and cafés offering great food and local ales. The Watering Hole Beach Café is a perfect spot to relax for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal. There are a number of large music events staged during the summer months and regular live music all year round. As you walk north along Perranporth beach, you will see the spectacular sand dunes of Penhale Sands. This area is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and a Special Area of Conservation. Good location and views and size of property is big it had everything we needed.Parking is tight and the road has bad potholes. Needs a declutter & full spring clean from top to bottom cobwebs and some areas are dirty. Outside the old wooden decking is falling apart has broken spindles it’s not safe for children to play out. Rotary washing line wasn’t fit for purpose. Garden needs tlc there was shoes left by previous guest and rubbish around. Has potential to be a fabulous holiday home good luck to whoever buys it as it’s for sale.

I absolutely loved our stay at Lyndhurst, it’s a beautiful house in a great location. The house had so many home comforts and accessories in the kitchen however as some of the other reviews stated the house is in need of some tlc inside and out but it didn’t stop us having an amazing time. I would stay here again.

Pictures do not represent how it is today, Lyndhurst was shabby. We had to clean after cleaner left. Dangerous on decking as we enter.Bridged the health and safety. Painted over rotting wood. Patio needed weeding. Bench not oiled. Not child friendly in the garden. Washing line old and too small for the support.Only thing going for it is it’s spacious and a lovely view. Bad road leading up to it. Definitely not good value for the money we paid.What’s the bet you don’t print this ?
