The property is reverse level, with a spacious king-size bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room, alongside a fresh and airy twin bedroom with a Smart television, perfect for those lazy mornings.
Head upstairs to the bright, open-plan living area with high vaulted ceilings and exposed stunning wooden beams, where you can gaze out to the views over the charming countryside and the distant sea beyond. Sit back, relax and take in your surroundings from the large balcony whilst enjoying your morning coffee, or catch the last of the fading sunshine with a refreshing glass of wine.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the perfect base to cook up a delicious feast for family and friends, and with the dining area not far away, you can enjoy the company whilst doing so. The trendy sitting room area has generous comfortable seating, a Smart television and a cosy wood burning stove to settle next to after a long day of exploring.
Birch House has a small grassed garden area at the front of the property as well as a private gravelled garden towards the back of the property, with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining.

We had the best week staying in your beautiful home. We will miss waking up to the stunning views, calves, cows, sheep, birds, rabbits and foxes. The sun shines through every morning, which makes it so bright and refreshing. We loved going to St. Agnes beach, the cave, rock pools and surfing was amazing! Also Porthtowan beach is a must!! Stunning views and surfing and the blue bar was great. We recommend eating at Chiverton Arms just up the road, food is great. Bodmin jail was fun, visiting Padstow, Trevone Bay beach has fantastic surfing and places to eat. We had the best week and will be booking again for next year! Thank you - from the R Family.

We have had a fabulous week staying at Birch House. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Watching the sunrise on the balcony in the mornings has been a lovely bonus, also having a good size second bedroom with drawers and a wardrobe is a massive plus, as this isn't something we've found in other places we've stayed. Our daughter also loved the extra television in that room too! The house is in a great location to explore the rest of Cornwall and we've been out and about to lots of our favourite places. You can also easily walk into St. Agnes, the first 100m is along road, so be careful, but then there is a path all the way into the village. We've loved staying here and would absolutely stay again!!
