This detached property enjoys a central location in Cornwall, ideal for touring the county. It has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard and is perfect for families, couples and those who enjoy walking and cycling. Adjacent to the owner’s home, you are guaranteed a warm welcome. The owners also have two miniature ponies which are in the field next to this lovely property. The cottage is well equipped with exposed beams, sun room and spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite facilities, and with an enclosed garden, it is ideal for those with children and pets. Guests also have access to the owner’s ¼-acre field. Nearby is Goss Moor, which is managed by Natural England, perfect for cycling and walking. Nearby Roche and St Dennis have local pubs and shops, and nearby attractions include the famous Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and historic Charlestown with a range of tall ships and amazing views. A lovely base that's central to many pleasant locations. Accommodation was excellent, with many little extras added like toothpaste, slippers, bath robes, shampoo, and in the fridge we're scones and cream. The owners were so helpful and kind. Great location.

We have stayed at the Swallows many times with our 2 elderly dogs and enjoy the views & easy access to other parts of cornwall .However this time we were left with explicit (idiots guide) instructions on how to operate the new fire & I was questioned about my partner's health conditions & not in a friendly way .Disappointed but did not spoil our holiday
