The property is surrounded by 3 beaches; Porthgwidden Beach, Porthmeor Beach and Bamaluz Beach along with St Ives Harbour and beach, all are within 5 minutes walking distance from the property. The Tate St Ives is within a 5 minutes walking distance as is the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden and St Ives Society of Artists. Porthia Flat is surrounded by an abundance of galleries, cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs for you to explore and immerse yourselves in. If you wish to explore further afield the area is spoilt with many spectacular coastal walks with breaktaking views along the coastline.
