The elegantly furnished and beautifully appointed 8 Fernhill is part of a luxurious development of apartments in Carbis Bay and boasts specular sea views. Carbis Bay’s golden beach is a short walk away; here you can enjoy a variety of water sports or just relax and build a sandcastle or two.
The contemporary open-plan living space comprises a spacious sitting room with cosy seating and a television, a dining area with table seating four guests as well as a fabulous handmade solid wood kitchen which is fully equipped and includes an oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and a coffee machine. The oak flooring ties the space together and the two enormous windows flood the area with light and provide additional comfortable seating where you can sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views of Carbis Bay.
The stunning master bedroom is ideal for lazy mornings and enjoying breakfast in bed in its plush double bed. The second bedroom has two cosy twin single beds and the beautiful family bathroom is fully tiled with a double ended bath, overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside, guests have use of the communal garden and garden furniture. From here, a private path takes you to the charming Carbis Bay beach; slightly uphill from here leads to a variety of restaurants, cafes, a great local fish and chip shop. Wander through the village and catch the train to the famous St Ives; or follow the South West Coast Path and soak in the stunning Cornish coastline. St Ives is full of wonderful galleries and a wonderful selection of eateries.

What a lovely stay! beautiful location, just a two minute walk to Carbis Bay Hotel. The apartment was very clean and beautifully presented , very cosy with everything you could possibly need, even a milk frother and cocktail shaker! We visited lots of places this weekend including Godrevy beach to visit the seals, St Michaels Mount and Lands End. We highly recommend Porthmeor Beach Cafe, The Searoom and Source Kitchen for dinner, lovely food and great service. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again next year! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday here- feel very lucky to have found this place! We visited lots of places this week including Bodmin Jail, Tintagel , Boscastle, Perranporth, Carbis Bay Beach (of course) and St Ives. The Hub and Peppers are great for food in St Ives! We have been coming to St Ives for 20 years now and just love it. The apartment is amazing - Thank you

My girlfriend and I had such an amazing time staying here. The views are spectacular and the apartment was everything you could possibly want. The welcome pack was a lovely touch we felt so at home here........ we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend : Porthmeor Beach Cafe, Pedn Olva, Sea rooms and The Gannet Inn all amazing food and drink, so many places to choose from.We will definately stay here again!
