Furnished with style and equipped to perfection the Sandbanks experience extends outside to the wrap around verandah, perfect for lazy al fresco breakfasts or evening sundowners as you watch the glorious sunsets over The Bay. Bathroom: This spacious bathroom has a free-standing bath with hand held shower attachment, large shower, heated towel-rail, basin and WC.

Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

FIRST FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: A king size bed (5'), bedside cabinets/tables, built-in bedside lights, built-in wardrobes and free standing full-length mirror. En Suite: Shower cubicle, basin and WC.

GARDEN & PARKING: Access to decked terrace with fabulous sea views. Parking for one car provided.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per dog per week.

Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
