Private parking for 1 small car, puiblic car park 2 minutes away. No smoking.. Lobster is located in the heart of St Mawes with superb sea views. Positioned short walk to the centre of St Mawes while being in a secluded spot makes this property perfect for families or couples. All the village facilities are close at hand including Summers Beach, the regular ferries to Place, Falmouth and Truro.
The entrance leads into the ground floor hall which provides access to the two bedrooms and consist of a spacious double with en-suite walk-in shower with toilet and second bedroom with twin beds also with an en-suite shower and toilet. Stairs from the hall lead up to the open plan living space with great views over the Peninsula and out to sea. There is a lovely outside patio area perfect to take in the views and evening sun. There is parking for one car outside the property and further parking in the village public car park. Beach 100 yards.

We would recommend a holiday at this accommodation. The property has been cleverly designed to make use of all the available space, it is beautiful styled and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. Eating a meal at the dining table in front of the picture window, facing the sea is special.St Mawes is right on your doorstep, so no problem shopping, eating , drinking or taking a dip in the sea!We had no problem with the parking space (Ford Puma) however we didn’t move the car during our stay; preferring to walk or take a ferry.If holidaying with a dog, we recommend at walk along the coast to St Just.

Great place, & location, parking with the odd shaped kerbs is difficult & care needed to avoid scratching alloys. Would have preferred a 5 ft wide bed for better comfort

Lobster Pot is in a great location central to St Mawes. Comfortable beds with good linen and modern bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and great views from the open plan kitchen/diner looking out to sea. The only downside is the parking space, whilst rare in St Mawes is very difficult and would only suit a small car. It is narrow and has a low perimeter wall which makes parking incredibly difficult but there is room to unload easily and park at the village car park a 5-10 min walk away
