Inside, the house is both practical and inviting. The functional kitchen has everything you need to prepare hearty breakfasts and evening feasts, with an adjoining utility room housing a washer, dryer, and handy separate toilet. A dedicated dining room with solid wooden, picnic-style seating provides a cosy space for gathering, while the separate living room invites you to relax in comfort with plush seating and a large-screen TV.
Upstairs, three flexible bedrooms each offer zip-and-link beds, providing either super king setups or comfy twin arrangements, plus individual TVs. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves this floor. Climb to the top floor to discover a serene fourth bedroom with a super king bed, en-suite shower, and French doors leading to a private metal staircase descending into the tiered garden, perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining.
Just a short walk from the sweeping sands and sheltered dunes of Par or Spit beaches, and only metres from the scenic Southwest Coast Path, you’re perfectly placed for seaside adventures. Wander further and you’ll find the historic harbour of Charlestown, famed for its tall ships and period drama settings, along with the idyllic beaches of Polkerris, Porthpean and Carlyon Bay. The majestic Eden Project is just a short drive away, offering a surreal rainforest experience beneath its iconic biomes, while the lush, flower-filled Lost Gardens of Heligan beckon with their timeless magic.
From the local railway station, take the train through glorious countryside to historic Plymouth or coastal Penzance. With a welcoming pub, fishmongers and greengrocers just a short walk away, golf, sea fishing, and countless beaches close by, this is Cornwall at its most captivating. Kayaks are available for guests use, stored at the property.

Even before we arrived Matt was the perfect host and could not be of more assistance.Perfect location for walking to the beach and getting on the coast path, plenty to do in the area.A week enjoyed by all, thank you for a great stay

Lovely house in a great location with 4 king size bedrooms. The patio is open with access to a busy road but the owner of the property couldn’t have been any more helpful and made a barrier to stop our small dog from getting out. The owner also put us a washing line up! Lovely welcome pack on arrival which was a nice touch Beaches are a short walk away from the property which was great. Only point I could make was the Lounge was on the small side, we had 6 staying and not enough seats for everyone. Parking was ideal right outside the property. Very clean and tidy. Fan provided in the top bedroom which was great as it did get warm. Overall a lovely house which was good value in a great location with really lovely helpful owners. We would stay again.
