Brand new 2024 35ftx12ft caravan, 400 yards from Par beach which is dog friendly all year round. Area of Cornish beauty with walks, cycling trails and quick access to many beaches.

We are very proud of our family, dog friendly caravan with fantastic on site facilities.

35ftX12ft fully equipped caravan. King sized master bed, wardrobe, dressing table. Twin bedroom, pull out sofa bed in living room. Bathroom has a generous shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

Open dining area off kitchen, full dinner service with new oven, air fryer, toaster and kettle for tea and coffee. Living room offers an open relaxed area for family games or watching flat screen TV.

Outside on the deck you have a secure area with a gate to clean your dog from the beach before going through your front door. All set up for having dinner on the outdoor dinner table and chairs watching the sun go down.

To get through barrier you check in at reception to register your vehicle, this is for safety and to stop the general public from using the site for parking to use the beach. Free parking space for one car is directly in front of the caravan.
