The open plan living area is a standout feature, with an exposed stone wall, a cosy wood burner and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The well equipped kitchen makes mealtimes easy to cater for, with everything you need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge freezer. A dining area sits conveniently opposite, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The Sundowner offers two beautifully styled bedrooms: a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) and a comfortable king size room. Both share a sleek contemporary bathroom with a walk in shower and WC.

Step outside through the double doors in the lounge to take in far reaching countryside views from the front patio, complete with outdoor seating. Guests also have access to a shared garden area, thoughtfully landscaped with vibrant flower beds and additional seating, perfect for soaking up the sunset or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee.

The location offers a wealth of things to see and do. Just a short drive away in Kilmington, the popular Millers Farm Shop is perfect for picking up fresh local produce, artisan goods and delicious treats. The nearby town of Axminster offers a range of independent shops and eateries, while the charming seaside town of Lyme Regis invites you to stroll along the iconic Cobb, relax on the beach or enjoy fresh seafood at one of its many waterfront restaurants.

For nature lovers and walkers, the South West Coast Path is easily accessible and offers breathtaking coastal walks with panoramic views. Nearby Charmouth is a haven for fossil hunters, with its fascinating Heritage Centre and guided fossil walks along the Jurassic Coast. Famous for its carpets, Axminster has been synonymous with carpet luxury and craftsmanship for over 250 years and has many attractions for visitors including The Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Axminster Heritage Centre and The Flamingo swimming pool. The town has a small selection of independent shops, pubs and a weekly market or a short car ride will take you to the famous River Cottage HQ, The Lyme Bay Winery or the renowned Millers Farm Shop, all popular with food & drink lovers. With beautiful views and scenic walks on offer and the National Trust properties of Shute Barton and Loughwood Meeting House close by, Axminster is a must to visit.
