This beautiful diamond mini lodge is available for hire at Haven Devon Cliffs. It is located on a front row pitch on Cedars area. The views from this caravan are stunning and uninterrupted due to being front row pitch in this sought after location.

The accommodation comprises of high quality fixtures and fittings including washing machine and dishwasher. There is also en-suite to master bedroom with bath.

Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to gated veranda.

Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing sofa and 2 arm chairs, flat screen TV, with upholstered pouffe and electric fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated full size fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a centre island allowing extra space for storage and utilising work top space.

Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and chairs.

Bedrooms - There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a 5ft divan bed, vanity desk and wardrobe. There is a tv. There is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom which features a wc, sink and bath. The twin bedroom has single beds, wardrobe and tv.

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.

Please bring your own linen, tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin.

Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with gate. Stunning seaviews.

Situation - The caravan is situated on Cedars with its own dedicated parking space.
