We are child-friendly and we can supply at no additional cost if needed, a high chair, travel cot, bedsides. We also have available a foldable toilet support frame and swivel shower seat and suction grab rail if required.

??Lounge - There is ample contemporary free-standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools and gas fire.??

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.??

Dining Area - Is spacious with a free-standing table and 4 chairs.??

Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed and TV, also ensuite WC and sink. 2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds. Sleeps 8 in total using bed settee in the lounge.??

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.??Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost if required.??

Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.??

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
