The cottage sleeps four people, or five with the pull-out sofa bed. Both super king-sized bedrooms also have an option of being made into twin rooms on request making this the perfect property for a friendly gathering or a couple's getaway. The Jack and Jill bathroom can be accessed either through one of the bedrooms as an en-suite or via the hallway and has a luxurious wet room style shower. To the side of the property you'll find a secluded garden with furniture and a BBQ. This is the perfect setting for a warm summer evening get-together, enjoying drinks and al fresco dining with loved ones.

This property boasts a circular countryside walk right from its doorstep, and with East Devon being an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty more countryside where that came from. For the history lovers amongst you, East Devon offers an array of museums and Iron Age hill forts to explore. For a different scene just 17.5 miles away you'll find yourself in the heart of Exeter City Centre. This small city is full of history with the Underground Passages tour and Anglican cathedral dating back 900 years.
