Slightly further afield, explore the world famous Jurassic Coast and spend the day wandering the stunning scenery via its coastal paths or plan your day to visit beaches nearby. The popular seaside town of Sidmouth is 8 miles away and offers a beautiful beach or visit the picturesque town of Lyme Regis and discover why it s known as the Fossil Capital of the World . Outside, there is an enclosed private grassed area to enjoy, where you ll find a charcoal BBQ and fire pit to spend the evenings cooking or toasting marshmallows.
