Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, including welcome gifts and a festive Christmas tree. The property is described as well-equipped, with convenient parking and strong Wi-Fi. Its proximity to local amenities and attractions, along with the stunning sea views, make it a highly recommended stay for both families and pet owners.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests noting it as very clean and tidy. One minor comment about ensuring crockery and cutlery are clean suggests room for improvement, but overall, the standard of cleanliness is excellent.

Guests find the property comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The presence of multiple lounges and comfortable beds contribute to the overall comfort, although one comment about a firmer bed suggests preferences may vary.

The property is well-appointed with necessary appliances and strong Wi-Fi. However, a few suggestions for additional hangers and a pizza cutter, as well as a comment about heating control, indicate that while facilities are generally good, there is some room for improvement in maintenance and equipment.

Guests frequently mention the thoughtful welcome pack and other considerate touches, which contribute to a positive experience. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it's important to note that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The place is comfortable and warm and has everything you need for a weeks stay, kitchen is well stocked for cutlery and crockery etc though there is no pizza cutter. Beds were comfortable but bed on top floor could be bigger as only a double and less firm. Local eateries were good when they were open. Would highly recommend the accomodation for a stay in Seaton.

It felt like home as soon as we arrived, everything we needed was there .We were celebrating my husbands 60th and this was part of his present from me . I grew up in Budleigh and have many happy memories of the area , which were re kindled . My husband loved all the walks and places of interest. We used an app called ‘your parking space ‘to park in Tesco /premiere inn for my children’s 2 cars . Very cheap way to park long stay . We will definitely be back , just beautiful. Thankyou .
