The beds were very comfy and a good nights sleep was had by all. The location is superb. The scenery is wonderful and you can get to main attractions easily. However, we needed an enclosed garden for our dog and the gate couldn’t shut and so we had to block it up with garden furniture which was a pain as you can imagine. Moving it all everytime one of us went out.We were given a phone number as a point of contact but it was never answered even though a voicemail was left and a text sent!! Poor form. Overall the cottage was grubby and needs a bit of tlc. Stains on cushions and on the sofas is not a good look. If someone had of just answered my calls or messages and just said sorry it would have at least made us feel like they cared! Therefore we would not return which is a shame because it could be outstanding!
