This lovely first floor apartment is both spacious and airy and is located under 300 yards away from the serene local beach – the perfect place to enjoy some of the best sunsets in this amazing region. The popular South West coast path is just a few minutes walk from Top Deck and Exmoor National park is only 5 minutes away. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay to enjoy the beach, which is a 3 minute walk away, or as a base for discovering North Devon or want a place to simply kick back and relax, then Top Deck is just perfect. Accessed via the private car park, the apartment is reached up a flight of stairs to the first floor and once inside the accommodation is all on one level and comprises one bedroom (with a king size bed) and a contemporary bathroom with a bath and shower over. The living space includes a comfortable living area with a Smart TV and dining table with stunning hills and sea views. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and views with Wales in the distance. Back inside, the kitchen has all you’ll need for your stay. Private parking onsite for one car.The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered, such as the local beach at Combe Martin where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets of the North Devon coast. On the door step is the South West Coast Path too, popular with walkers, and the surrounding area boasts other attractions such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Watermouth Bay and, the lovely Fuchsia Valley, Watermouth Castle and Theme Park and don’t forget the nearby town of Ilfracombe with its very own harbour and port which dates back to at least the 12th Century. Here you can sample quality ice cream, fish and chips and visit various craft shops, plus Damien Hirst’s ‘Verity’ statue, which is a must see. Trips to Lundy Island, coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris and diving are also all available from here. Take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and see seals, porpoises and sea birds nesting on the cliffs. Try your hand at sea fishing on Blue Fin or take an exhilarating tour of the amazing coastline on the Ilfracombe Sea Safari or on the Hampshire Rose, a former rnli Lifeboat.Combe Martin is also perfectly situated to the enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions such as the popular Tarka Trail which provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and scenery stretching from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. And then there’s stunning Exmoor National Park with its beautiful night skies, just 6 miles away and Lynton & Lynmouth, 13 miles to the northeast with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs and amazing funicular cliff railway, which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world!

A beautiful apartment with lovely sea and countryside views. Well equipped and everything you need for a lovely holiday in Devon. Hosts Sreve and Julie very welcoming but not intrusive . They left a great welcome pack. Loved Coombe Martin and hope to return. Local chip shop served best fish and chips ever tasted.

Top Deck was perfect for us - just a few steps from the beach with lovely walks over the cliffs in both directions. The car stayed parked most of the week. Views from the flat over the sea (to the Mumbles and Pembrokeshire!) and the nearby hills are gorgeous. The TV was great to watch the athletics and we were very comfortable. We hope to return to Combe Martin and to this lovely flat. Thank you.
