Parking permit provided for nearby Mayor's Avenue Car Park.

Electric Vehicles: As of 06.06.25 two EV charging points are situated in Mayor's Avenue Car Park and available on a 'first come first served basis'.

Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi available free of charge. There is no landline telephone available but mobile reception is generally good, although please check with your provider prior to booking.

Pets: One dog welcome. Pet charge £30 per week.

Electric vehicles: Please note that this property does not have any facilities for charging electric vehicles, however there are public charging facilities at the Mayors Avenue car park.
