I have stayed with the family in this apartment for 8 years in a row.The location is superb with stunning views over the Boat Float and River Dart.The apartment has all the facilities you require for a comfortable stay.The bathroom has been recently updated,and bedroom carpets replaced.Both the main bedrooms have been painted recently.I have already booked for next year

The property is ideal for up to 4 guest and perhaps one toddler.The location is first class but the property has a number of draw backs.Main access is from the rear, there is a huge amount of refurbishment underway on adjacent properties so scaffolding eberwhere.Entry stairs are tatty, walls damaged and not kept clean an tidy.Don't visit Anchorage View outside of summer months.. Maybe may - Sept as the main lounge is very cold with unworking wall fire.Property has lovely old features but these cone with a very draught.. Blowing a gale type gaps front window!!!!
