A first floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely 400 square foot roof terrace to the rear. This property can be booked together with Bank Apartment 2 to accomodate up to 10 guests.

We had a lovely 4 night stay. Apartment is in a great location in the centre of Dartmouth, and parking permit really useful.

Second time staying here. Excellent apartment, great location for being able to pop in and out.Excellent facilities. Especially having the washing machine when you have children.Can’t fault it in any way tbh.For some reason I can’t book anything past September, be a shame if it’s not longer going to be available.Parking permit a god send! Comfortable and clean, modern!

Fabulous stay at Bank 1, Having previously stayed in Bank 2 which is equally fab. Clean and almost everything you could need (a little bit more cutlery would be useful)…closeness to the centre is a real plus as well as the parking g permit for the Mayoral Car Park. Will we certainly be booking again for our next trip!
