A first floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely 400 square foot roof terrace to the rear. This property can be booked together with Bank Apartment 2 to accomodate up to 10 guests.

A big minus was the incorrect unclear instructions on how to find and access the property. After a seven hour drive we had to call the local office to come and help us.The street was noisy and you could hear conversations in the main room but once in the bedrooms it was quiet. A measly mini bar of soap was the only concession to toiletries. A bit mean. But the accommodation was great overall once we got in and very clean with comfortable beds.

An excellent location, right in the heart of the town.The apartment is well appointed, with the large balcony, the lounge area faces the front so there the chance to watch the world go by.Restaurants and cafes are plentiful.Dog friendly is essential.
