The location is wonderful and with parking itâs definitely five star. The only minor issue I had was with the refuse disposal . Itâs well explained in the flat but the holiday rental bin store only has one bin. Unlike the residents bin store which has all the bins in order to recycle . It didnât make sense to me .

The flat is perfect, the location is perfect and I donât think I would want it any different. We picked the wrong week as the weather was atrocious but we still managed to get some walks and nice meals which was the aim of our break in Dartmouth. My only comment about the flat was the storage heaters which didnât always appear to work as they should and sometimes it was too hot overnight. The bathroom with both bath and walk in shower was amazing. We will recommend Leeward to anyone.

Lift is down ( outside of this feedback) which made for a bit of a pull with luggage but other than that it was just perfect, so much so that we have booked for a further stay in Jan 2026
