To find the main bedroom at the property, take the stairs to the lower ground floor, which reveals a delightful kingsize bed, the room also benefits from a fabulous en-suite shower room for your convenience. On the ground floor, up three steps, there is also a modern bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing soak after enjoying one of the many glorious walking and cycling paths in the area. Just to the front of the property, you will find a bench and a romantic table for two, where you can take your morning coffee and soak up the sun for a while.

The only drawback at the moment is the closure of the road to Dartmouth. Whilst we are fit and able to walk the mile others may need to bear this in mind. The detour by the car is quite long with single track lanes in part

This is a great location for a no driving holiday, park the car right out side the front door and leave it there, everything you need is in Dartmouth - shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants etc. Warfleet Creek is 1 minute walk and then great walks in the woods to the castle. Dartmouth is 10 minutes ( longer if you stop to take in the view at various points) . The apartment is modern, clean and tidy with everything you need. Don't worry about comments about hearing the apartment above , the bedroom is on a lower level and you don't hear anything and has the advantage of be cooler even on really hot days, its a great benefit. Its a great location - we will be go back

Position fantastic you don't have to drive if you don't want to. We found however, that unless the front door was locked, it wouldn't stay shut if it was windy. Some coat hooks or a coat stand would have been very useful as we were drenched a couple of times. (This has been mentioned on previous comments on the visitors book).
