Lovely little house, well equipped and with good access into Dartmouth. Lots of walks and plenty to do in the local area.

Loved Dartmouth and the local area. The cottage was a good base to explore. All we needed in the kitchen . Good for our dog as she was safe in the garden. Used the pod coffee maker. Tv easy to use. Shower worked well. Recommend get the local bus 90 or 92 into and out of Dartmouth , in particular if you have a bus pass . Limited day time parking . Only 4 hours allowed and costs a fortune. The Agatha Christie house called Greeways was great. Took the short ferry from Dittisham. .

Overall an excellent two week stay , blessed with wonderful early summer sunshine.Wagtails is an excellent base for a Devon holiday . I do however agree with previous reviews in that the lounge sofa / main bedroom bed are a tad uncomfortable . A minor issue however and certainly did not spoil our holiday!
