But most importantly of all, drink in the unparalleled panoramic views of the coastline. From the Southpool creek, across to Smalls beach and Mill Bay, and then over the bar and out to sea. It doesn’t get better than this, and it doesn’t matter what the weather is – the views will always be intriguingly beautiful.

The chic master bedroom has a super king bed and en suite shower room with a built in television and sound system so that you don’t miss your favourite shows.

The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and next door a fantastic bathroom with a large bath and separate shower. There is also a built-in television in this bathroom – why not soak in the bubbles and completely chill out watching a film with a glass of vino in hand?

The living area is thoughtfully designed and feels luxurious but very comfortable. A glass dining table and bench style seating can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The cool kitchen has three stools around the island so you can stay sociable with a drink in hand whilst watching chef get busy in the kitchen! Speaking of the kitchen, it is beautifully designed with all mods cons, a stunning gas cooker and Sophie Conran cutlery and plates to serve up your culinary creations.

Downstairs is a garage with a hosepipe to rinse off wetsuits or muddy boots. Wet weather gear can be hung up to dry and boots put onto the welly rack. Additional baskets and cupboards are useful for hats, gloves, suncream or any of your holiday kit. The garage can be used to store your equipment from paddle boards to golf clubs. You can park inside the garage and there is also one parking space in front of it.

One well behaved dog is very welcome but is restricted to the main living area and balcony. Dogs are not permitted in either of the bedrooms. There is an additional charge.
