A first floor apartment providing good standard accommodation. This property is in a very convenient location a stones throw from the main anchorage and Salcombe’s shops and restaurants. The apartment has good views, over rooftops, of the harbour, Snapes Point, Mill Bay and East Portlemouth.

Lovely large accommodation. Amazing views. Brilliant location! Only residents permit parking on Church Road but use it to unload your car and then park in a local car park (£13 for 24 hours).
