The property has water views and is a pleasant level walk to the boat park and Salcombe town centre. Although not allocated, on street parking is generally available.

Picture perfect chocolate box cottage overlooking Batson Creek.Ideal location for exploring the beautiful surrounding area, and easy access to Salcombe with all its amenities. Furniture a little dated but extremely clean and tidy.All the facilities for a great stay.

First the good pointsThe house was very clean, the beds were comfortable (we slept well), it was a pleasant and level walk into town. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The small space in front of the cottage was a good place to enjoy a drink with views of the creek. It was nice and quiet.However, there were some downsides. The sofa was very uncomfortable and could trigger backache. Space for a dog, including the outside space, is minimal. Although the blurb may make it clear that the cottage is very tiny, we were still surprised by how small it was. There is only one small room downstairs which is your kitchen and living area, with no room for a permanent table. We were lucky with the weather, it is not a place to spend a lot of time in bad weather. We thought it was fairly poor value for money and it is worth thinking about spending a bit extra to get a larger cottage with either a parking space or a parking permit in the town.

Great location, nice and quiet.Tv and WiFi much better than last time we used it. Would prefer a double bed. Would definitely hire it in the future.
