Number 5 Courtenay Street is a fab cottaged based right in the centre of Salcombe. It was a great place to stay with great views out over Salcombe and a lovely kitchen/diner over looking the garden. The property was very clean and well stocked too. The only negative would be the internet was no use at all, a problem if if you need it. However despite this we would stay here again and would definitely recommend. If you've not stayed in Salcombe before then please note there is no street parking, it is all for residents and the local car park by the harbour is very expensive at £13 a day, a much cheaper car parking can be found on Bonfire Hill car park at £3 a day however is a 10/15 minute walk up a very steep hill.

We have had a wonderful stay at 5 Courtney Street. The property is spacious, beds super comfy, kitchen well equipped/maintained and the location is fab! It’s a little dusty in places and the sofas have seen better days but we have had a fabulous stay. The outside space is lovely but the furniture is a little tired and the roof could benefit from some seagull deterrent as you can hear them all night on the roof. I would recommend the property without any hesitation!
