During the summer season, a ferry runs from the beach to the town centre (approx. 2 miles by road).

There is a smell of dampness in the property especially the room with single beds. An excellent location but some facilities need maintenance and/or updating. Shower off the room with single beds does not drain properly and floods floor if not careful. The floor coverings seem rather old in sitting room. The shower off the double bedroom is dated. Kitchen equipment is good and wonderful view from double bedroom. Useful porch for shoes and coats and nice area to sit outside.

Nice place, nice deck with a good view, easy 5 minute walking access to the beach for an evening swim. Be careful of high-flying House Martins when you have an open glass of wine.
