For dog lovers, a dog-friendly pub 5 minutes’ walk away, and a dog-friendly coffee shop and local store are 10 minutes’ walk. The property is gated and lies within a 2-acre setting with lovely views, and a footpath outside the gates takes you around the area. The owner also a qualified dog trainer and behaviourist and can advise on any dog issues.
There are many golf courses close by and plentiful good walking. With easy access to both the rugged moors and the serene seaside, you can embark on invigorating hikes across the moorlands, taking in the panoramic vistas, or opt for soothing beach walks along the coastline. The English Riviera is about 15 to 20 minutes’ drive away, and Exeter is about 12 miles.

Beautiful location ideal for location and particularly for the two dogs who loved it and they are so safe there. Nice room , kitchen ,bathroom and four poster bed .Hostess Katy was lovely and obliging . Spotlessly clean.A couple of small details could aid getting a 10 out of 10 rather than a 9 and that is the bedding and towels although clean they are tired and could do with being renewed , bedding lets the beautiful 4 poster bed down and new bedding would make the humans feel they were pampered as much as the dogs were. That said we would go back to the folly’s , we didnt want to leave .

All on a single floor this cottage is set in a beautiful landscape overlooking woodland and fields. It's ten minutes walk to the pub albeit down and up a steep hill. The cottage is well equipped with a massive lounge and large kitchen. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate communal block and there is no dish washer. There is a rather elderly four poster bed but an excellent shower room. The cottage is well placed to visit most of South Devon.

Beautiful accommodation set in lovely grounds. Good location to get to many places, all within easy reach.Great place to relax and switch off, nice and warm and had everything we needed. Perfect place for dogs too
