Loved the folly quiet location spacious accommodation. Great for dogs lots of Room for them to run around in a large secure garden. Katy great host, easy to get to interesting places. Great pub with great food 5 minutes walk away in the village

The accommodation was indeed spacious with a large lawn to the front of the property.Parking on site a bonus, but we parked just past the property as the car in adjoining property obscured the path way, so we used a rickety few wooden steps to the side of our property for entry, the hand rails need attention.I feel the property needs a face-lift the bed was low and uncomfortable as were the pillows and the kitchen needs a general clean and maybe a few wines glasses for those who like a drink at home.Unwashed items from previous occupants were found a one of the drawers in he bedroom, which I did report.Also better labelling on recycling would be helpful, labels almost worn away.Sorry to sound negative, but we have stayed in much nicer properties in Hampshire and brixham recently and a similar price to this property.

Loved our stay at Folly 2. Wonderful Lodge, with a lovely host in an excellent location for exploring south devon both for walks , letting the kids run around and all the attractions within 20 minute drive. Will definitely consider staying again. Thank you Katy for a wonderful holiday.
