Surrounded by the beautiful South Devon countryside, the historic market town of Newton Abbot is home to some lovely market stalls, as well as a fabulous variety of high street shops and local boutiques. Newton Abbot Race Course is on your doorstep for some thrilling times. Or head further afield to conquer the heather-clad moorlands, waterfalls and enchanting valleys of Dartmoor National Park, 15 miles away. The gloriously golden sands of Shaldon are a delight - dog friendly through the smugglers tunnel to Ness Cove, and with a trip to The Shaldon Wildlife Trust, a perfect miniature zoo, there's an offer of lots of fun. Catch the ferry over to Teignmouth for an explore of the fishing boats and antiques shops. Paignton and Brixham can all be reached within 15 miles.

Back upstairs to the first floor, you’ll find the heart of this hideaway in the generous open-plan kitchen/diner/bar, which enjoys a sleek, contemporary finish that’ll capture your imagination. You'll find two ovens, a huge fridge/freezer, plenty of storage space and enough cooking utensils for every meal you create. The central island provides plenty of food-prep space, whilst the seats 10 dining table also converts into a full-size pool table. Walking through to the light-filled bar space, with a couple of lux bar stools, which leads to the garden, it features retro arcade games on hand to play for the competitive members of the family. Featuring a roaring wood burner and stylish artistic touches everywhere you look, the large and supremely comfortable lounge beckons tired travellers to sit back, relax and watch the 65" Smart TV. You’ll also find a handy utility room on this level. There are four bedrooms on offer on the second floor, one king-size, with an integrated Smart TV in the foot-board, and three king-size zip-and-links (which can be made as twins upon request), each with a Smart TV, wardrobes and drawers for clothing and delightful en-suite facilities. A master super-king-size bedroom occupies the third and top floor and boasts a wonderfully high, sloped ceiling, beautiful Velux windows and an en-suite bathroom. There's also an office space under the eaves in the hallway for checking those emails or for kids homework/holiday projects.

There’s something for everyone to enjoy in the enclosed multi-tiered garden, from dining alfresco on the contemporary patio or roasting marshmallows over the BBQ to soaking in the Hot Spring hot tub ( complete with music, lights and various settings ) or relaxing on the raised decking. Children can let off some steam with a game of outdoor ping pong or by enjoying the outdoor climbing wall and strength tapes with a hanging chair.
