Located in Devon's Teignbridge District, the historic wool town of Chudleigh offers visitors a wealth of cultural and natural attractions. Several Saxon place names survive to this day in the town, and there are other historical attractions like the caves at Rock and an Iron Age hillfort that overlooks the area. There is a wide variety of services available in Chudleigh to facilitate a self-catered vacation, including two pubs, an English restaurant, convenience stores, quaint shops, and much more. Situated between the towns of Dunsford (in the north) and Chudleigh (in the south), the Teign Valley is a stunning, steep, wooded valley on the eastern slope of Dartmoor National Park.
