Orestone House is unique in that it’s home to an upper apartment and a lower ground apartment, and it sleeps up to 10 guests. Perfect for that break with your wider family or a group of friends, this contemporary home from home has plenty of space for the whole group to enjoy being together, yet still unwind in their own space.
You’ll find two living areas – one on the lower ground floor of the house and one on the ground floor – and both have access to a terrace through sliding doors. Just imagine returning from a busy day and sitting down with a glass of bubbly and the terrace doors open so you can enjoy the sea views.
When it comes to gathering the group for dinner, you’ll find a stylish kitchen in the main part of the house with everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece, as well as one on the lower ground floor. The main kitchen’s open plan with the living and the dining space too, so you can spend time with your family while you’re busy cooking. Better yet, terrace access from this kitchen means you can step outside to enjoy the sea breeze now and then...now that’s how cooking should be.
On sunny days, pull up a sun lounger on the lawn and enjoy that South Devon climate, and the property’s two sun terraces make it easy to make the most of the views out to sea in between adventures. This is our 3rd year in a row staying at Orestone house and it has been as lovely as ever. We had a great week exploring with trips on the South Devon Railway, the branch line train to Exmouth, Bygones at Babbacombe as well as crazy golf and the pier at Teignmouth. My favourite thing and the reason we keep returning to Orestone house is the view!

This was a nice property, located a couple of minutes drive from the beach. Onsite parking was a little difficult but will fit 2 cars. Property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
