It was the perfect base to explore the local area from.

Very comfortable sleeping arrangements downstairs and stunning room upstairs with a huge picture window. We spent hours gazing out into the mist and rain (a few days were miserable!) looking for sheep, pheasants, buzzards, etc. Plenty of parking close to the front door. Can't fault the place. Pleasant walks around the farmland. I would only comment that the tv wasn't working completely properly. We alerted the manager and she promptly came to investigate but we watched on a laptop for the rest of the stay which, however, wasn't a problem at all. Planning to return.

Accommodation spacious and very comfortable, catering for all the needs. Open fire and huge gable window overlooking a working farm was just picture perfect.
