The Apple Shed receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and location, with many guests appreciating the well-equipped facilities and the thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. The property is described as a tranquil and beautiful cottage, ideal for a relaxing getaway, with a convenient pub across the road.
Guests consistently mention the spotless condition of the cottage, indicating a very high standard of cleanliness that contributes positively to their overall experience.
The location is frequently highlighted as peaceful and convenient, with easy access to local attractions and a country pub nearby, making it an ideal base for exploring Dorset.
Comfort is a strong point, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the furnishings tasteful. However, a suggestion for a larger bed and a more spacious sofa indicates a slight room for improvement.
The facilities are generally well-received, with the property being well-equipped for a comfortable stay. A few minor suggestions for additional kitchen equipment and a lower tog duvet for summer suggest there is some room for enhancement.
Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches such as biscuits and milk on arrival, though it's important to note that such gestures, while common, are not guaranteed for every stay.
