Plenty of space for the thirteen of us. It was good to all be able to sit round the dining table for meals and playing games. Plenty of space in the lounge too.

The house is beautiful, spacious and feels so welcoming. The location is ideal â just a short walk to Swanage beach, shops, and restaurants. The interior is very comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen is well-equipped, making it perfect for family meals. We especially loved the living room for relaxing in the evenings. We canât thank the owner enough for being so accommodating and friendly! This property truly feels like a home away from home, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Lots of rooms with large kitchen, lounge, dining areas. There were 12 of us but it didnât feel crowded at all. Easy 15 minute walk into the main town area of Swanage.
