This pair of charming 200-year-old cottages are peacefully located by an historic church, enjoying stunning country views. Set on a working farm in a tiny unspoilt village, visitors are welcome to explore the farm and wonderful walks over 60 acres of fields and woodland, abundant with birds and other wildlife. Beach, golf and coastal walking at West Bay, 6 miles. Shop and restaurant 1.5 miles, pub serving food 350 yards.. Both properties: Underfloor oil central heating £20 per week poa). Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Cot and highchair. Enclosed garden area with patio and garden furniture (Shared). Access to 60 acres of fields and woodland (Shared). Parking. No smoking.

TV reception not good and relied on apps as live channels virtually non existent. Wi fi not secure and mobile signal hit and miss. Lounge furniture tired.Great power shower, with lots of hot water.

Sorry, but it was tired looking. Lovely hot powerful shower but shower screen totally inadequate, clearly broken, with mould on the frame edges. We spent quite alot of time keeping the floor dry.Cooker hood and some baking trays were significantly covered in grease.Curtain in second bedroom hanging off the rail. Also some double glazing blown.Main bedroom appeared to have some staining, possibly mould. on the walls either side of the bed. Pillows were very lumpy.It was a shame because it was reasonably well. equiped and had some lovely features eg log burner, but definitely needs some money spent on it and more attention to detail.

A beautiful cottage, great location, lovely host, this place has its own unique charm, super dog friendly would highly recommend, will come back and stay here again in the future.
