A traditional fisherman’s cottage set over three floors and situated just a minutes walk from Brixham’s picturesque harbour and town centre. The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious living room on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina.
The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and Wi-Fi. It is situated at the top of a steep, narrow flight of steps leading up from the harbourside.

We have just returned from a great week at Pilgrims Cottage! The cottage is quirky! It has 3 floors and is in a great location over looking Brixham harbour. The cottage is comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The ground floor kept cool which was much appreciated in the heat. The stairs in the cottage are narrow and need your full attention to navigate but worth it to get to the top floor lounge to enjoy the amazing view. There are steps to get to the cottage, and the closest parking is in Oxen Cove car park which is a 5min walk away (plenty of spaces).From the cottage we walked to Berry Head and to Broadsands beach- both beautiful! There are some lovely restaurants around the harbour and the fresh fish was delicious. Further afield we loved Dartmouth via the car ferry and Haytour.

Pilgrim cottage is just lovely. Not for anyone who struggles with steps or stairs but, you are made fully aware of this before you book. It’s a proper fisherman’s cottage. The stairs add to its character. It was clean & comfortable. Had everything we needed. Location is great & the view from sitting room is lovely all across the harbour. We would book again.
